How to earn Poker Points
It’s very easy to earn poker points. You accumulate points every time you play poker at PokerTime. You will earn 2.5 poker points (pp) for every $1* played on cash games, and 2.5 pp for every $1 you pay in tournament fees.
For example:
- If you play in a tournament which costs $50 + $5, then $50 goes towards the prize pool of the game you’re playing, while the $5 is the tournament fee. You’ll get 12.5 pp in this case, e.g. $5 x 2.5 pp = 12.5.
- For cash tables, generating $20 in rake will give you 50 pp (e.g. $20 x 2.5 pp = 50 pp).
- Playing at a cash table and generating ¢10 ($0.10) in rake will yield 0.25 pp (e.g. $0.10 x 2.5 pp = 0.25 pp).
*The daily currency exchange rate for the day a game is played determines the points for play at EURO tables or tournaments.
